Why these weights

Duct cleaning has a well-known problem: much of it is sold as an add-on after an HVAC service call, or by out-of-town crews running a coupon price and then upselling on the driveway. Credentials are listed fifth at 5%: NADCA membership is genuinely useful information, but in this market several of the most established specialists are not members, so it informs the score rather than decides it. Coverage is 10%, for how much of the metro a crew genuinely reaches.
